Change is a constant challenge to all businesses and organisations – those individuals who are equipped with the knowledge and skills to identify, manage and take advantage of the dynamics required for success will be key contributors in any line of business.
Our three-day Management of Change course is designed to deliver the underpinning knowledge that will allow candidates to take the APMG Change Management Foundation qualification at a public examination centre.
Why choose Explosive Learning Solutions - Explosive Learning Solutions (ELS) delivers training solutions that are relevant, engaging and actionable. Our trainer is both highly experienced and also an expert communicator. The ‘spirit’ of the course is interactive, engaging and real-life, using scenario-based case studies as well as challenging, but rewarding, activities.
Delegates can attend either our regular Open Courses (as advertised on www.elsbusinesstraining.co.uk) or we can design and deliver in-house courses, tailored to your specific needs. This includes a free, onsite preparatory consultation to ensure we understand and address your specific business challenges. In both cases we recommend a maximum of 12 delegates so as to preserve an interactive, personalised, learning environment.
